An ancient Dolomite Farm restored to its former glory…
Located in an exclusive position, at 1700 metres above sea level, which guarantees maximum protection for guests; the nearest buildings are in the village of Arabba, 700 metres away. The access is possible only by a private gravel road, passable by any car; in winter it is possible to use the snowcat or the private quad.
The property has an area of about 800 square meters, and can comfortably accommodate 10 people in 5 suites with the possibility of adding a further 9 beds (not bunk beds) housed in the rooms and in the attics attached. There is also a studio apartment for staff.
Carefully renovated using recycled materials to maintain the original appearance of the house, and equipped with modern technological systems capable of guaranteeing high levels of comfort.
